Reino has been a horse racing enthusiast since he was eight-years-old, when his mother took him to Belmont and he won a $2 show bet on a 20-1 horse. His favorite tracks are Belmont Park, Saratoga and Gulfstream, and he is the owner of two horses through Millstone Stables, which race at NYRA tracks. This was the third handicapping contest he has competed in at Suffolk OTB, having finished in the top five twice before. Reino wagers regularly at Suffolk OTB’s Southampton branch, and will display his trophy at the adjacent Blue Collar Bar.
